For products that require printing, etc., submissions will be reviewed. Article 4 (Content changes and data replacement after customer proofreading)
We do not make any changes to the content or replace data after the customer's proofreading. Also, please note that due to the nature of the product, we cannot refund the cost even in the event of cancellation.

Article 5 (Transfer of ownership)
Ownership of the Product will be transferred to the customer upon completion of delivery.

Article 6 (Product delivery)
Delivery times vary depending on the product you order. Please check the delivery date in the order confirmation email sent after placing your order.

Article 7 (Product return/exchange)

Article 11 (Prohibited matters)

If a customer falls under any of the following items, the Company may immediately cancel the transaction with the customer without prior notice.

(2) If you engage in any act that interferes with the operation of this service or any other act that may impede this service.

(3) If you use your email address and password illegally

(4) If you engage in any act that damages the rights, interests, honor, etc. of you, other customers, a third party, or our company, or any act that is likely to do so.

(5) If you engage in any act that infringes on the trademark rights, copyrights, privacy, or other rights of you, other customers, a third party, or our company, or acts that are likely to do so.

(6) If you engage in any act that violates public order and morals, or any other act that violates laws or regulations, or any act that is likely to do so.

(7) If the credit card that the member has submitted as a means of payment is suspended.

(8) If there is a default in payment obligations such as fees, etc.

(9) If it becomes impossible to contact registered customer information (address, phone number, email)

(10) If the customer is recognized to be an anti-social force (meaning an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a person who was a member of an organized crime group in the past, or any other person related to or similar to these; the same shall apply hereinafter), the customer is an anti-social force. If the company is found to be substantially involved in the management, if it is found that the company has used anti-social forces, or if it is found that the company is involved in providing funds, etc. or providing benefits to anti-social forces, etc. In the event that the person himself or a third party engages in unreasonable demands, threats, acts of violence, or similar acts.

(11) In other cases where the Company deems it inappropriate for the customer.

2. If the Company cancels the transaction with the customer pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the customer will no longer be able to use the Service, and the Company will not be responsible for any damage caused to the customer or a third party as a result.


Article 12 (Cancellation of contract)
If the customer falls under any of the following items, the Company may immediately cancel all or part of this agreement without providing any notice or request for the performance of the customer's obligations.

① When a person violates the provisions of these Terms and does not make corrections despite being requested to do so within a reasonable period of time.

② When filing or receiving a petition for a decision to commence procedures for bankruptcy, civil rehabilitation, corporate reorganization, or special liquidation, or when it is recognized for reasonable grounds that there is a risk of such.

③ When receiving execution procedures such as a temporary restraining order, compulsory execution, or delinquency order.

④ In addition, when the Company deems it difficult to maintain this Agreement due to loss of social trust or the risk of such loss.

2. Even if the cancellation pursuant to the preceding paragraph is made, the exercise of the right to claim compensation for damages caused by the default of obligations that the Company has against the customer shall not be prevented.

3. If the customer falls under any of the following items, the customer will naturally lose the benefit of time with respect to all debts arising from this agreement, and must immediately repay all debts owed to the company in one lump sum. will do.


Article 13 (Governing law)
When interpreting these Terms, Japanese law shall be the governing law. Please note that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this service.

Article 14 (Jurisdiction)
In the event that a dispute arises between the customer and the Company in connection with membership services, the Nagoya District Court Toyohashi Branch or the Toyohashi Summary Court shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.
Article 15 (Compensation for damages)
In the unlikely event that a customer suffers any damage, regardless of the reason, we will compensate the customer for damages up to the product price.

Article 16 (Force majeure)
The Company and the Customer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of their obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond their reasonable control (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure"). Force majeure includes acts of God, acts of any government or agency, compliance with any law, regulation or order, fire, storm, flood or earthquake, war (whether declared or not), rebellion, revolution or insurrection, or strikes or locks out. Also, it is not limited to these.

2. The Company and the affected customers shall make every reasonable effort to reduce the impact of non-performance or delay in performance due to force majeure.
